Shipping Costs Shipping charges are based on approximate total weight of all items ordered and shipping materials.
Delivery Time For delivery purposes, we use the United States Postal Service for all orders, and will normally process most orders within three business days of receiving them by mail or Web submission. You should expect your order within one to two weeks of order submission. We will notify you of any delays via e-mail or telephone. Before sending out an order, we will contact you regarding any case of inventory shortage.
Return Policy No returns on custom items. Exchanges will be made for items determined to be defective or not produced to customer specifications. Requests for exchances must be made within 10 business days of delivery via e-mail or telephone. No refunds for items improperly installed, damaged due to improper care or lost. All returns and exchanges are subject a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (to and from) for any returns or exchanges
